This policy explains how First Class Media ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website, firstclassmediagroup.com, and our internal application, First Class Media Publisher.

First Class Media Publisher

First Class Media Publisher is a private tool that First Class Media uses to manage its own YouTube channels (for example, Origins of Oakland). It is not offered to the public, and it is used only by First Class Media to act on accounts that First Class Media owns.

When the channel owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the application may access:

• YouTube channel and video data: to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists and disclosure settings on our own channel.
• YouTube Analytics reports: view counts, watch time and audience-retention figures for our own channel, used to measure how our videos perform.

Authorization tokens are stored only on First Class Media's own computer. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not access any account other than our own.

First Class Media Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the application's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our website

Our website is a public, informational site. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not ask visitors for personal information. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to reply to you.
